Bye Bye "Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Millennials" say hello to the "Founder's"

Lets just start out by giving some background, persons born at different periods post world war two have been given collective names that describe the behaviors and patterns of their existence. Lets talk about the groups,

"Baby boomers" are people born during the demographic post–World War II baby boom approximately between the years 1946 and 1964, giving an age range of persons between 51 and 69 as of 2015. In other words these people are our parents and for some even grandparents. The term baby boom literally means that through the normal cycle of births and and deaths, during these years the birth rates skyrocketed across the world, the world population moved from 2 billion in 1927, the people who had the baby boomers to 6 billion in 1999 at the end of the 20th century, representing the children and grandchildren of the baby boomer generation. Baby Boomers are also classified as persons who come from large families, some ranging from 4-10 children per woman.

The next generation is auspiciously called Generation X or Slackers .Gen X is the generation born after the Western World War II baby boom describing a generational change from the Baby Boomers spanning the years 1965-1984. This generation is characterized as being  highly educated, active, balanced, happy and family oriented, this generation also has allowed a fall in birth rates as a number of women within the generation have sought to improve themselves career wise versus taking on the more traditional roles of full time of mothers and homemakers. GenX are called slackers because statistically they have not done too much towards securing income after retirement. In economics they are a generation that values present consumption over future consumption. Generations that follow have adopted the same reasoning and have coined the term YOLO (You Only Live Once) to justify the behavior.

The Next group is the Millennials, the group that I and most of my readers fall in, I did an article some time ago about Millennials. They are a group whose births range from 1985 to 1997. This group is characterized as generation me. A generation that has grown up with a sense of entitlement and narcissism. A generation who is open minded, denoting the generation responsible for opening up self expression through theater, music and the arts as well the generation responsible for the world wide liberation of sexuality and openness of opinions. Thanks to Millennials we have billions of youtube videos with people's opinions some we can do without, others really helpful.

The Final Group and the one we've all been waiting for is "The Founders" born 1998 onwards MTV the apparent God father and steward of this generation took it to them in a survey and they chose Founders, for the themselves as a name. I don't particularly understand what a group of persons who just born, know about founding anything. Its like continually perpetuating history that Christopher Columbus discovered the western world. So what exactly did the Amerindians do? This Generation only seems to know smart phones, the internet, social media and the passive aggressive, opinionated  and indiscipline legacy of the millennials.

So there you have four distinct generations, four distinct ways of being and four distinct ideas as to how the world should work. Right now they all work with each other to make the world the place ist is today, as the fact of the matter is that we need the input of all generations.
